{January 4, 2011}   Week 4 Day 5

Breakfast: PB&J toasted pita.

I have been craving pb and j for days now. It was worth the calories.  I was happy for the change in breakfast.

Snack: 12 almonds

Cal. 87

Lunch: Tuna Pita

Cal. 300

Snack: Small apple and PB

Cal 107

Dinner: Tilapia, Cauliflower,  Cottage Cheese

Cal 235.

Snack 3: Large hot chocolate

Cal. 185

Daily Calorie Goal: 1500

Total Daily Calories:1274

Exercise: Fire 45 EZ/ Stretch 10.

I forgot to start the hr monitor before the work out so I have no idea.


Yesterday and today were  pretty tough. It was surprisingly easy to start the work outs, but getting through it was another thing. Mentally I just found it daunting. It’s a straight cardio week and cardio is my weakness. Maybe it’s not having a log to check, but I feel like it’s going to be a really long time before I see any changes. It could also be that in 2 days I will have to take my end of the month photos and I don’t really see any changes. Maybe my measurements will show a difference.

We all have these days/weeks. I just have to keep working away.  This week I am doing really well on my diet though. That’s a plus.
